Rendezvous is currently in pre-launch beta. Reach out if you're interested in testing!
No passwords. No app downloads. No chasing. Just one link that knows who's who.
See how it worksYou create a guest list. Then you need everyone's email. But you only have Ana's phone number. And Marko's on Google, so you have his Gmail — but his mum? You have her on WhatsApp and nothing else.
So you make a spreadsheet. Then a WhatsApp group. Then someone leaves. Then someone screenshots the invite. Then you get a text: "Wait, am I invited?"
The old way assumes you have the same contact info for everyone. You never do. Rendezvous doesn't ask for what you don't have.
Add your guests
For some guests you have an email. For others, a phone number. Put in whatever you have — that's enough. Import from a spreadsheet or add them one by one. We don't ask for what you don't have.
Create guest groups
Group guests together — like a couple or a family. Anyone in a group can RSVP for the others, so you only need one person to confirm for the whole group.
Share one link, guests sign in
You get one invite link. Share it however you want — WhatsApp, Instagram, text, email, carrier pigeon. The link is the same for everyone. When a guest opens it, they sign in with email, Google or Facebook. No passwords. No app downloads.
We magically match them
Marko signed in with Google — his Gmail matches what you entered. Ana signed in with email, but you added her with a phone number. No problem — she verifies her phone in her profile, and we match her instantly. It doesn't matter which contact detail you used. If the verified identity matches anything on the guest list, they're in.
When an event is invite-only, only verified guests can see the details. No one stumbles in by accident. No one forwards a link and gets free access.
If someone opens your event link and they're not on the list, they see a request form — not your event. You decide who gets in.
Your guest list. Your rules.
Verified identity matching
Guests are matched by verified email or phone — not just a name in a field.
Hidden until verified
Event details stay hidden until a guest is confirmed on the list.
Plus-one handling
Guests can bring a plus-one. You control whether that's allowed per guest.
QR check-in
On event day, verified guests check in with a QR code. No paper lists.
Found a DJ you loved? Follow them. Want to know when your favourite promoter throws the next party? Follow them.
Rendezvous isn't just about one event — it's about building connections that outlast the night. When someone you follow creates a new event, you'll know.
No algorithms. No ads. Just the people and events you actually care about.
We don't spam. You won't get daily emails or push notifications for things that don't matter.
Guests get notified when it counts: a new broadcast, an event update, a reply to their comment, a new event from someone they follow. That's it.
Smart. Relevant. Respectful.

Your contacts are yours. When you add a guest's email or phone number, we use it for one thing: matching them to your event. We never share it with other users, sell it, or use it for marketing.
Guests choose what's visible. Every user can set their profile to public or private. A private profile means other guests can't see your contact details — only your name and avatar, and only within events you've both been invited to.
We don't use external trackers. No Google Analytics. No Facebook Pixel. No third-party cookies following your guests around the internet. Our analytics are self-hosted and privacy-first.
Sharing is always explicit. If a guest wants to share their contact with another guest, they do it themselves — case by case, on their own terms. We never make that decision for them.
