• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

As an event organizer, you are solely responsible for:

• Protecting the privacy of your guests

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

If you are an event organizer, you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to upload guest information to our platform.

We strive to maintain high availability of our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

9. Fees and Payment

Some features of Rendezvous may require payment. By subscribing to paid features, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

• Your right to use our services will immediately cease
• We may delete your account data after a reasonable period
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

RENDEZ.US IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF USERS OR THE CONTENT OF EVENTS CREATED ON OUR PLATFORM.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENDEZ.US SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
