At Rendezvous, you have full control over your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and all associated data, and what steps we take to ensure your information is completely removed from our systems.
You can delete your account directly from within the app. Here's how:
When you delete your account, we remove the following information:
When you confirm account deletion, we immediately remove your personal information from our active databases. Your account becomes inaccessible, and you will be signed out of all devices.
Your data is removed from our backup systems within 30 days of deletion. This is the time it takes for our backup rotation cycle to complete.
We notify our service providers (such as email delivery and storage services) to delete any copies of your data they may hold. This process typically completes within 30 days.

We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days and may ask for additional verification to protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests.
Before deleting your account, you may want to download a copy of your data. You can request an export of your personal information by contacting us at privacy@rendez.us. We will provide your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format within 30 days.
